Delete Account & Data

Delete inside the app

Open Account in the app and use “Delete account”. For security, you may need to sign in again before deletion can be confirmed.

What gets deleted

Your account is removed. Timeline entries linked to your account are anonymized so city-level aggregate statistics stay consistent.

Alternative request

If you cannot access the app, send your request to info@citizify.com. Use the same email address as your Citizify account whenever possible.
